These guidelines help keep the community safe and enjoyable for everyone.

• Clearly communicate expectations when arranging a swap

Misleading descriptions or intentional deception may result in content removal or account action.

3. Share Only What You Have the Right to Share

Make sure items and content you post belong to you or that you have permission to share them.

• No stolen or illegal items
• No counterfeit or prohibited goods
• No content that violates intellectual property rights

4. Keep It Safe

SwaponNow does not facilitate private chats or in-person meetings directly.

• Do not share sensitive personal information publicly
• Use caution when arranging swaps outside the platform
• Trust your instincts and prioritize your safety

SwaponNow is not responsible for offline interactions between users.

5. No Spam or Abuse

Help keep the community useful and enjoyable.

• No spam, scams, or repetitive promotions
• No fake accounts or impersonation
• No attempts to manipulate points or platform features

Abusive or fraudulent behavior may lead to account suspension or removal.

6. AI-Assisted Content

Some features may help you generate content using AI.

• AI tools are optional and meant to assist, not replace your judgment
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content

Do not use AI features to generate misleading, harmful, or deceptive content.

7. Points & Fair Play

Points are designed to encourage positive participation.

• Earn points through genuine activity
• Do not attempt to exploit or game the system

Abuse of the points system may result in loss of points or account restrictions.

8. Enforcement

To protect the community, we may take action when guidelines are violated.

• Content removal
• Temporary account restrictions
• Permanent account suspension in serious cases

We aim to apply these guidelines fairly and proportionally.
